Don’t expect the firm to be firm anymore.

The store was out of the firm pillow I’ve been buying for 15 years. I ordered a firm one, packaging and my bill were for a firm one. The pillow I received was nearly flat. The quality became really bad since last year when I bought it last.

Good product - very slow delivery

The product is very nice. The shipping that Macy’s uses is slow and undesirable. Message needs to quit skimming on shipping to try to make more money.

Like any other pillow

Purchase this pillow valve seven or eight months ago and it’s already ready for the garbage. It says medium support, but after a couple days of laying on it, it becomes super flat when you lay on it. I just don’t think that this pillow is worth the money. In the beginning, they were comfortable, but now we keep waking up with neck, aches and everything it’s supposed to be medium support and it says if there’s no support. I really don’t recommend this pillow. You might be happy with it in the beginning but afterwards after using it for a short period of time you will not I guarantee it.
