Not Quality

I have always bought hotel collection towels in the past for their great quality. These are no longer the nice, thick, luxurious quality they have been in the past. If you are looking at this I would now compare the quality to what you can purchase at Walmart for less than half the price. I'm incredibly disappointed in the manufacturer for letting their quality sink so low and very disappointed in Macy's for still carrying these for this price. I bought the bath towels, the hand towels, and the washcloths. I would give them all the same low rating and for the first time in many years, will be changing brands.

Horrid cotton/poly towel marketed as luxury cotton

Nobody would knowingly buy a cotton/poly towel, they are not absorbent. This one marketed as luxury cotton, and ten years ago the Hotel Collection towels were very fine all cotton towels, which I ordered this time thinking that's what I would get. What a rude surprise!

The softest, most luxurious towel

I just bought the bath sheet in ice blue. It is a beautiful sky blue with great luxurious touch. Something you can't wait to get out of the shower and wrap yourself in. I had a seafoam green one that I bought years ago and that one is still in perfect condition. So I wanted another sea color and this is perfect.
