Used product sent

I ordered a bath towel, a hand towel and a washcloth times two in the slate blue color first of all they sent the wrong color hand towel so it’s not a matching set. In addition to that the bath towels and the hand towels were both used and previously washed smelling like laundry detergent very strongly… they also did not have the tags on them that the wash cloths had. I have family coming into town and need to keep these so I am going to rewash them and use them, but how disgusting!

This is the second set of these towels we've purchased. We love how soft they are. At first, we felt they were too "velvety" to absorb, but once we got used to them, we couldn't use any other kind. They feel so luxurious, it really is our favorite!
