    • Cover: Recommend turning cover inside out prior to laundering. Machine wash separately in cold water, gentle cycle. Use only nonchlorine bleach as needed. Tumble dry low heat until thoroughly dry. Do not iron. Remove cover. Foam: Spot clean.

Too Thick for Comfort

Very soft yet firm which provides a good feel. BUT, it is far too thick making my neck hurt when I lie on it. It would be nice if the thickness were 2” less. I’m really disappointed with the utility of a pillow that causes neck strain because of its excessive thickness.

Lacks support

WAY toooo soft. Filter said this was a medium firm.... no way. It's extremely soft. Had a nice inside covering - that's all the good I can say. Returned pillow. A much better pillow for side sleepers is the Therapedic Premier that I do have, & also sold by Macy's. I was looking for something slightly more firm than the Therapedic. Forget this hotel collection pillow.
