Beautiful

Beautiful Duvet Cover. It is very thin, but I am using it for a white feather comforter. I have a queen size bed and a King size comforter, so it is hanging all the way to the floor. I should have ordered a queen but that is my fault and usually, I order oversize blankets and only get queen bottom sheets. It is soft, elegant, came with two king-sized pillow covers. As much as I like it, I think I prefer the previous Duvet which was the Hotel Collection Italian Percale in Champagne. Unfortunately, that one developed rips on the top after 5 years.

Missing pillow shams

I ordered this product a month ago. I just opened it this evening and I called customer service so let them know that when I open the package, the duvet covers there, but the two pillow shims are missing the customer service representative that is outside of the United States and said there was nothing I can do because the order had expired so the amount of money that we invested into a product we should be able to have all the pieces that we paid for I feel that this policy is not correct and I also feel that I’ve been disrespected. No one wants to help resolve this problem. The item has issues. It’s an incomplete set. Why can’t I just get help Sincerely, disappointed.
