High Quality

This is a great product with high quality materials. We really love our new hotel collection bedding, and will likely come back to this brand for our next bedding purchases. Very attractive look and comfortable. We purchased everything on sale which made the prices reasonable. At full price this is all very expensive, but watch for sales and you will find a decent price for a great product

Completely stained

If Macy's wants to mark an item as a final sale no return allowed, it should make sure not to mislead the customer who is willing to spend their money for something that might not be returned. I ordered a queen size chenille coverlet, silver color, I laid it on the bed to check if everything was OK, and so it seemed, but when I took it outside for a better look I discovered purplish discoloration all over the item. Saying that the Macy's sold me a cheap product doesn't even begin to describe the experience. In the past I purchased many HC products and they were impeccable. This item goes back to the store where I expect to be refunded. I was ok with a final sale, I am definitely not with a damaged product that the company tried to dump on its customers.
