Arrived with loose threads

Towel felt soft to touch, but arrived with multiple threads pulled loose. Not sure if this would make it through a wash and dryer cycle.

Quality dropping

The Hotel Collection towels I bought in 2008 were much, much, thicker than this new one. The quality has dropped significantly. I can see far fewer loops per square inch in the new towel compared to my old one, which is very dense.
