Color doesn't stay

I was so happy when I opened the package- towels looked and felt great! I bought hand and bath towels, sandstone and dark carbon. Washed them before using: used a delicate wash with liquid detergent and cool temp, NO bleach... I was sooooooo disappointed when took them out of washer: dark carbon faded and had awful stains like I was using a bleach. I never use bleach and have very good quality washer, even wash clothes that is recommended for hand wash only, never had any issues. Very disappointed with quality, didn't expect this for this brand. Need to purchase more towels- but will look for another brand for sure. Do not recommend this!
