Having problems right out of the box

The scooter looks awesome and seems to have cool features but I have yet to use it because it doesn’t want to charge.

Having issues with recent purchase

It does not seem to be taking a charge , we have two and one power supply may be defective, not sure. Other power supply does not seem to charge either scooters

It’s a great scooter and can go in dirt and has lights and Bluetooth but idk if it’s water resistance

No range for heavy riders

Had for a year and range had dramatically decreased im 200 lbs and the small hills really suck the life out of the battery. Think it's time time to upgrade
