Good bike, very poor on replacement parts

Good bike, pedal loosened and fell off, lost connection but no options for replacement. Left hand brake handle snapped again no options for replacements. Sent in two tickets currently awaiting response.

so far so good

great ride so far, i bought 2 hover 1 instinct e bikes, one of them is missing the charger, luckily i bought 2 bikes so i am using one charger for both. i sent in a ticket to the company , i am waiting for a response. the one bike has been great so far. just charging the other one now. Also hopefully the company will get back to me.

So Far So Fast So Strong

Just unboxed, assembled and travelled a few kilometres ~ all seems well so far... have to find headlight switch and a few other details... Will update ~ thanks for a great bike!

Good performance

I bought this bike a month ago and I am very happy with its performance. My only problem was that the bike had a defective derailer that I had to replace. The company refused to compensate me for the repair. What i particularly appreciate about the bike is its light weight compared to other electric bikes.
