Hover 1 My First Electric Scooter

We could not get this scooter to unlock after it arrived late (not in time for Christmas). We then ordered a 2nd scooter but it had the same problem, it would not unlock and the handle could not be lifted into place so the scooter could be ridden. A huge disappointment! So after waiting weeks, we could not give our grandson the present we told him was coming. We tried calling the manufacturer but they won't answer the phone! We have emailed the manufacturer but only received an automatic and worthless response. We searched the internet for a video on how to unlock but found nothing helpful. Macy's said they could do nothing, they did not have contact info for the manufacturer nor any advice on how to unlock the scooter. Macy's did offer a coupon for a future item.
