Never works

I bought it for Christmas. My son and I charged it according to the instructions, but it never worked.

Sad Grands!

It only runs for about 4 minutes before it dies! I just took it off the charger with my grandson and he made one short trip down the sidewalk before it stopped. Surely not all hoverboards are like this!

The thing I liked about the hover 1 is that it goes fast and the thing that i do not like is that I lost the charger and I couldn’t find a charger for on line..
