Sleek lightweight design

Replaced my old laptop due to not being able to support Windows 11. Excellent quality and good configuration. Much lighter than old laptop making travel easier.

Good business laptop

Upgraded from a 15.6-inch to a more portable 14-inch laptop for business use. All the ports I need when travelling, but light weight. The fingerprint reader has its moments which can be frustrating for 2FA. But so far it manages everything I need it to do.

Great..but...

The laptop is actually a great workhorse. It has a great finish that doesn't feel like cheap plastic, and I appreciate that you can upgrade the RAM, and it isn't soldered onto the motherboard. The only reason this laptop doesn't get a 5 star is that it comes with the dreaded bloatware. All my users are remote workers, so the laptops get sent straight to their home where I have to talk them through wiping their laptops to get a clean Windows install. If we dont remove the bloatware, we have various issues from sudden shutdowns, issues with coming out of sleep, to poor performance. A suggestion would be a link for the option to download the software if user wanted it. Otherwise, HP has been a great brand, and we will continue to buy.

I love this computer.

I was issued one of these computers for work and when I resigned I ended up buying the same type for personal use. It's super reliable and I love that I can get a 12 volt charger for it to power it in my car. The battery lasts a long time too.
