Read this before you purchase this laptop

I returned the HP EliteBook Ultra 14 inch G1q Snapdragon, which I purchased for remote work, due to multiple issues: it wouldn't connect to my HP printer, the screen went blank during online meetings, it froze after standby requiring long wait times, and the audio echoed. These problems made it unusable for my work. I opted for the 14-inch OmniBookX despite the higher cost.

Snapdragon versus Intel processor

Good laptop, light weigh and portable. Due to the snapdragon processor, had issue with that version of windows 11. Replace the system with a Zbook intel 7 processor, no window software issue with that platform.

Surprisingly versatile PC

My first Windows Copilot+ PC and my first Windows PC with Qualcomm CPU. The performance for native applications (Microsoft Office) is great and I haven't had any compatibility issues with x86 applications. The battery life is fantastic. I've still to explore all the AI features, but Live Translation is impressive. The device hardware is well designed with a good combination of features and overall size/weight.

Powerful Laptop

Exactly as advertised and impressive look. Easy setup and activation. Keyboard comfortable. Screen resolution great. Was able to reuse previously purchased HP USB hub to connect second monitor. Love the WiFi speed!
