Basic Printer

Overall it serves what I need. I do not lije the SCAN feature, it doesn't let me scan as a PDF, everything has to be scanned to HP cloud and its a JPEG, i really dislike this. When I try to scan from the HP app on my laptop it says it cannot connect to my printer....

Nice printer, nice price.

I parted with my previous printer, an HP Envy 4500, after over 10 years. I was amazed it lasted that long. However, it often had problems connecting either through wireless or USB. Even when I had an HP pc, it would play up. So I bought the 6120e and am very happy so far. It connects quickly and seems reliable. I think HP should supply standard ink cartridges with a new machine. I'm signed up to Instant ink so it wouldn't have been difficult. All in all I'm very pleased with my 6120e.

So far your product is useless.

Stopped in middle of print after first printing using printer and it will not hooked up to network and haven’t been able to print since.

Great printer

I have always had HP products and have really liked my printers. The 6100e is a great printer for the money. Copies are crisp and clear. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the paper holder does not come out automatically like on my 4500. You have to manually pull it out which is extremely inconvenient.
