  • Looks can be deceiving apparently because this laptop looks beautiful, but does not function properly. It is slow to respond and even after a reset the cursor doesn't always respond to touch.
  • Center of typing area is 6.25" from base edge. It is awkwardly positioned forward and uncomfortable for lengthy typing times. THIS is the biggest con for me.

Okay computer, used to run well for the first year.

I bought this laptop for in 2024 for my first year of college. This laptop USED to run well and dandy but now there's common issues.. Now a year later, the screen goes black often, system pop ups appear randomly, and it can't handle zoom sessions and switching tabs. The fan is obnoxiously loud while browsing google often, which is very rude considering I study in my school library. When watching videos, the screen would either freeze or the tab would be unclickable, forcing me to reopen the tabs. I used to be able to run simple video games with no issue, but now the laptop seems out of date. For the price and quality, it's worth it if you want this laptop temporarily. But having this laptop for a year and a half already, I would buy another one if I can afford one in a couple years.

Great features across the board.

This computer is exactly what I needed! I had a much smaller laptop prior to this one and was concerned about the significantly larger and heavier model. The screen size is great - I don't need to use an external screen any longer, so my desk is uncluttered and much tidier! I can read the type on the computer screen with my normal optical prescription glasses instead of having to change to mega magnifiers when using this computer. Its speed is remarkable response and interactive, intelligent operation are surprising.
