Built as ordered and quick!

Built to my specs, happy with everything listed. Still navigating Windows 11 and all of the set up on the laptop to fit my daily use. Not a fan of MSN on a search page, but will research later to change maybe, for now, at the mercy of accepting it.

Horrible Product

Laptop froze up during setup process. I've had it for just one month and it continues to freeze up whereby the mouse and touch are unresponsive. I have no choice but to press and hold the Power button and shut down the laptop and turn it on again. Furthermore, if I lose any unsaved work or anything I wa working on. To add insult to the injury, every so often the computer restarts/resets itself where I'll see a black screen with a message saying that it must restart and then goes through the whole process. This is unacceptable - this is the kind of thing that should happen three or four years down the road and not after having set it up a few weeks ago. I am very disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND this product.

It does everything very well. I bought the computer to take on the road and do a little work and play. It does everything very good. RC playing and video editing are a breeze. Good Good

My newest computer

I needed the upgrade to a Windows 11 machine. My husband ordered it with everything he felt I needed. I have to say, he included everything. Having moved from a Windows 10 to 11, the change wasn't difficult.

So happy with my new laptop!

I'm not a tech savvy person, so I was dreading going through the set-up process. but I needn't have worried. While going through what seemed like a tutorial and making some choices, I found that I was set to go with my new laptop! After limping along with my previous laptop, I'm appreciating the speed with which things happen with my new one -- what a great change!
