Issue with item shipment.

The very expensive tie, purchased as a gift, arrived at my house and after opening envelope pouch it was obvious that the item had a security tag stabbed through the silk fabric! I then had to drive all the way to the mall to try and have the security mechanism removed. When the associate punched out the security clip the fabric was left with a snag. I trimmed the string and hopefully the gift is not ruined.
