Scam

It is appalling that Macy's allows 3rd party sellers to scam their customers. Seller listed items with no intention to ever ship them.

Was so excited to get this & one other item Hulala Home on an amazing sale price, told all my friends.. Just to be dumped like last nights meatloaf.. Boooooooo! Poor Customer Service!

order still showing processed

Have not received any communication regarding item. Purchased on 12/13 when they had a sale. My orders are still showing processed with no additional updates. Was really looking forward to my furniture pieces.

unprofessional behaviour cancelling order

My order no. #4546660429. I placed this order online on 12/13/24 in a sale. And very happy that I got this item in a deal.i was waiting for further notification regarding its shipping and delivery. Meantime had a online chat , with Macy’s assistants. And all of them confirmed the item is in stock i will be notify regarding the item delivery within 24 hrs & i do have screenshots of this chat. But on 12/20/24 I received email saying that because of the pricing and stock availability order has been canceled. Why after so many days you guys realised about above mentioned reasons for cancellation. And because of relying on this item which was in good deal and waiting for so many days I lost other deals too. I want to be compensated for all these troubles, loosing on other good holiday deals and wasting time. Please do the needful to the Macy’s loyal customer.

Horrible seller avoid at all costs

Absolutely terrible seller. Sold a bunch of their items on sale and then canceled all the orders and raised the prices. Avoid buying from this seller. Macy’s should really drop them and not sell their products. It looks really bad to be associated with them honestly.
