Avoid buying anything from this seller.

Absolutely terrible seller. Sold a bunch of their items on sale and then canceled all the orders and raised the prices. Avoid buying from this seller. Macy’s should really drop them and not sell their products. It looks really bad to be associated with them honestly.

I don’t normally leave a review but one part of my ottoman is defective . I’ve asked several times for a replacement part but my request is not going anywhere. smells terrible! rodent smell!

Smells horrible! As soon as we opened it smelled like rat or raccoon feces! We aired it outside for 2 days and the smell didn’t go away! It was expensive and the place they store it must be in a rodent infested warehouse.
