Not What's in the Pictures

I originally bought an item like this from Wayfair and I had to return it a because there was a damage and be because I could not close the dot no matter how hard I tried unless I braced myself against it. I saw this similar item at Macy's and I saw it actually opens in the opposite direction and I was very optimistic that this would be a good replacement for the Wayfair one I had to return. It had a different name the manufacturer's name was different and the pictures showed an item that was different. I unpacked the item and it's identical to the one that I got from Wayfair. It opens in the opposite direction than what was in the pictures on the Macy's website and it was impossible to close. So now I have to return this one to Macy's and I noticed that the boxes that the both items came in were identical. All the writing on the boxes were completely identical which means that Macy's description and everything about this item is completely 100% wrong.
