Wanted to love this so badly

Smaller than expected. It’s very narrow and doesn’t expand, which limits what you can fit inside.

20L Insulated Tote

I initially purchased the smaller tote, but felt I could only carry bottles. The larger tote is so much better. I can fit my lunch and a few drinks. Also, I don't feel the weight of what I am carrying.

Worse than prior versions - was this bag reconfigured?

I have several of these totes. The black ones I purchased previously work VERY well, keep food very cold for hours. This version is not as good, does not keep food cold unless I use multiple ice packs. It also has a much smaller front pocket, making it unusable for me. Would not purchase again.

Love the color and the capacity

Love this gold color way it is easy to find and neutral but not too bright. The capacity is perfect for us and I was lucky to purchase on sale (had always wanted one of these but were too pricey)
