Didn't work well, but was replaced

I bought this product, filled it with ice and water and almost immediately the outside felt cold. Ice didn't last long. Hydroflask sent out a new one without questions. My other hydroflasks work great and will keep ice for days.

Don’t know what the hype is. Couldn’t drink out of the standard mouth. It’s flimsy. Doesn’t stay up flops down. Didn’t keep water as cold as I thought it would.
