This little guy is convenient, sure. But I got this in hopes it would live up to the bigger sphere and it just doesn't cut the cake. Great for travel, riding in the car, etc. But at home? I prefer the bigger sphere!

Instant calf relief

I have struggled with tight calves as I have ramped up my running mileage and the hyper sphere has been a game changer! Instant relief when I roll out with this. I enjoy it both pre and post run. I also love the glute release that I can get get from this. It’s a great compliment to stretching and I can get a deeper release than with a roller alone. Highly recommend!

great idea in theory but it does not really work. You cannot really hold it on hand and you need a hold set up to use it. It is almost a workout on its own. I would suggest to get something you can hold.
