pretty and the Jury is deliberating

Pretty sweater, and is much more sprarkly than subtle in person. The photo depicts bright gold button, mine came with dull brushed buttons, they look really out of place, as the sweater is very sparkly. That is sort an mismatch that Im not sure about. The sweater is heavy weight with an open weave that isn't apparent online. mehh..Its kinda matronly.

Macys needs an exchange policy

First, not one item fit across different Vendors all size charts said my 38DD was XL. XL was huge, sloppy and by the time I received items well after NY, pricing was higher. Could someone explain why M thinks they get a higher market share offering less Customer Service, like a normal exchange policy for Card Holders? Everyone allows free exchanges for size, especially if you have to order to find out their sizing is wrong! Definitely fix your size charts, now price down but L not available. Oh M, I grew up running to Stanford Shopping Center spent every summer living at that Macy’s! Now the last place I shop. This is how an American Icon dies, and their Credit Services actually yell at you! What a treat. English boilerplate’s don’t mean they understand our culture, what is professional. I recommend the sweater, size down if using BUST. 3 STARS due to M service, no exchange. Wrong SC….
