A Wonderful Dress Blouse

I absolutely adore this blouse I bought for the Holidays. It’s a blouse with the addition of a long skirt or nice slacks I can go to a party or out to dinner in. The flounced sleeves take it from ordinary to perfect dress up. Highly recommend for a great look.
