Missing one bracelet

They removed one bracelet it supposed to be 4 watch and 3 bracelet so I received only 3 . 2 bracelet and watch , i Will return it

2nd order never received

I bought 2 of these watches , one was delivered and the second was not .I called Macy’s so many times to fix the issue but I still haven’t gotten my refund and they never send the second watch as they were supposed to
