Macy’s refused help for missing/stolen order
Although I’ve never actually ordered from Macy’s online and I usually purchase from in-store never have an issue I ordered these shoes along with two other shoes and never got them. I complained continuously almost even cried and they just told me that it would be bad for their business and due to my order history, they cannot help me in any sort of way what so possible????!!! I’m literally devastated to bring this with me on vacation. My money is gone to waste and I don’t even have my shoes. I’m so upset.

Just like the other customer who wrote a review, I bought these and thought they were so comfortable and cute then I brought them home and tried them and sure enough there was the sucking noise when I walked! The more I walked the worse it got! I was just about to see if I should order a half size up when I read this review. So funny but so sad because they are so cute!

I bought them because they are so cute when I tried them on in the store I heard the suction noise when I walked but figured it was maybe the store.. but im home and the noise it loud. I have flat feet and the arch support makes a suction noise when I walk which has made me not wear them and they most likely will be going back. and you can't tighten the strap
