I’ll never buy shoes online again

I googled the location of Macy’s in Des Moines, Iowa. The address was 101 Jordan Creek Parkway. I went on a wild goose chase for the next hour afterwards I went to Macy’s web page where I was told Macy’s doesn’t have a store in Des Moines. The shoes were not what I was expecting and they were an entire size too big. I sold women’s shoes while I was in college so I am familiar with sizing. If there was a Macys n the mall, it’s quite possible I would have taken a smaller size. But I’m not sending back a second pair. Shoes are hard to buy online. I wear Offos all the time and I can order them online as I’m familiar with their Sizing.
