NO DELIVERY, FEEL LIKE SCAM

I ordered these shoes many days ago and they never arrived. The tracking number doesn’t even work — there’s no way to see where they were delivered. They weren’t delivered at all, and this feels like a scam. It’s the first time something like this has happened to me with Macy’s.

Wrong size

I’m very frustrated that they sent me left shoes wrong size. I wear 37 and they send me 38 ( left side ) , right side they send me 37 . This is totally disgusting.
