colors not true to size Ideology flare leggings

wine color ideology leggings Small Tall run true to size, very soft, washed great. However, same leggings in black run small and tight throughout. Read the reviews commenting the Flare leg opening was a medium flare and Advertised picture looks like a bootcut, which is definitely not. I’m 5’9/125#’s and appreciate tall lengths. Kept the wine color, even though flare is wide, returned the black ones.
