Awful

This duvet cover was supposed to be a soft off white color … it’s more like a shiny yellow and it’s sheer and plastic looking and feeling. Looks absolutely nothing like the images. Even at a low price point it’s not worth it. So disappointed

Most perfect

It is the most softest duvet cover I have found. It does not chaff which is a huge plus for me. It keeps me warm but cool at the same time. It’s just perfect.

Roaches in delivery package

I've previously ordered 4 different colors of this duvet set in various sizes and colors. The product itself is great. The colors are beautiful and yes, its a true duvet, so you MUST purchase a comforter insert for it. I gave this product a 1 star because I recently purchased another set for our new home and the joy of getting the item and opening it became our worst nightmare. It comes directly from the company, not Macys, so Macys is not at fault for this. I opened the package and there were hundreds of live baby roaches and what was seemingly a roach sack in it! I was so disgusted and scared at the same time that they would get loose in my new pest-free home! I couldn't even take a picture of it for the risk of those insects getting loose in my home. I hurried to trash the whole thing and put it outside. I blame the company for this horrible incident. Macys was so kind to refund me instantly. They offered to have a new one sent but I told them no because I was so fearful.
