Cheap and broken product.

I'm sorry to say but this product is crap. My wife picked these out from her Employer's (Walgreens) gift program. Upon receiving, the charging base never turns on like the manual describes (i.e. the right most little dot never lights up from pressing the power button). So I contacted support and after having me recycle the base, they sent me a replacement promptly, which I appreciated. However, the new base did the same thing. The ultimate result is the earbuds themselves never charged properly so they did not last long at all.

Terrible. Won’t even connect

Tried to connect so many times but it won’t even show up. Pressed the function button according to directions but no help. Charged it tried again no change. Left it for several days and tried it again but no change either. Only lights up while in charging case, nothing outside of the case

Just ok

Just ok. Short battery life and not loud enough. Connects easily. Phone only shows that they on reach 70% charge.
