Low quality

Packaging is best part about this product. The actual product is very low quality in my opinion. Would love my money back.

Need special adapter

I received this as a gift and realized it would not work with my existing Iphone charging wallport and cable. I needed to purchase a QC 3.0 adapter for this device to work properly. I don't understand all the differences between 5VaA (10watt) and 12V1.5A (?18watt) so I searched and found the QC 3.0 would work. The adapter I was forced to buy included a cord for size A to C, again not sure what all that means but I may never use this cable but I have it if I ever do!

Works well! But plastic

It works well, it does. But it’s a thin plastic. And sometimes the lid gets stuck.

Just What I Wanted

I have wanted this item ever since I first saw it two years ago. I was finally able to buy it today. I brought it home and used it immediately to Sanitize my cell phone. It is bigger than I thought and I am happy that my phone will fit in it fine.
