I did not receive this bracelet. I have been in contact with Macy’s customer service at least three times and I have emailed the vendor. I was told that Macys woukd issue a credit each time I contacted them. No credit. The vendor has not responded to my attempts to contact them. But, my credit card was charged for the item. This is a scam … Macys is not standing behind the vendor … and is saying it is their fault not Macy’s. I will not do business with Macy’s any longer.
