Love these pots EXCEPT.

Love these pots EXCEPT.. the handles are not coated. Be prepared to burn your hand, your potholder, or whatever else you try to grip the pot with to hold steady while you cook with it. Would not recommend.

POTS

Love the look of the pots. The larger one was much bigger than i thought. BUT they smell? they have a strong chemical odor like nail polish remover. I don't know if its just me? I boiled water in them, soaked them in Dawn and i still smell them as i walk in my kitchen (I have them on top of my stove) Anyone else notice the smell? Not sure if its the pot, the rubber on the covers or what?

Don't buy this product

The glass of the lid exploded causing injuries to my hands, supposedly it is a safety glass and attached in case the photos of the product are required

Wrong size description

On this website the pot set description says 4.5 quarts for the smaller pot but when I opened the box the smaller pot says 3.5 at the bottom.

I Love This Set!!!

I love the versatility of the set. When the eye on the stove gets hot, THE POT GETS HOT!!! You have to remember that the handles get hot too! Nonetheless, clean-up is easy and I really enjoyed using them (I ordered another set in a different color).
