my new go-to jacket!

I just received & unpacked this lovely little jacket, and I’m happy! it’s a cute, lightweight cotton/denim jacket, but cute! it’s NOT your mom’s (or dad’s!) boxy denim jacket!! it has flair! it’s got princess seams, to allow it to skim your curves! the pockets are functional, as are the sleeve buttons, which can be opened, to allow for zhuzhing the sleeves… I can see wearing this with jeans, skirts & dresses! and it’s NOT lined! nor does it have those pesty shoulder pads! it DOES have a ruffle of stiff material at the shoulder seam, to give some lift, into the gathered sleeves, but it’s not bulky, nor will it twist. I can see wearing this just about every day! btw, there’s no vent in the back, so there isn’t really any extra ‘give’ there. the sizing is tricky, since the sizing chart isn’t available on the Macy’s website (could someone PLEASE fix that? thanks!).
