Great read

I really enjoyed this book. I've read it a couple times and have found it very helpful in my job as a people leader.

Badly Out of Date

Not worth the read. Very dated book with "facts" that no longer apply to the Internet, digital marketing, persuasive techniques etc. 50% of the book is accurate and 50% of the book is either inaccurate or omits the most common forms of communication in the 21st century. I am involved in this "industry" and have read countless books on similar topics. I know what is accurate and what is not. A layperson would likely not know what statements and "facts" are no longer accurate. Well written, moves quickly and still not worth the time.
