Need a refund or a new charm

I bought this the charm changed color the second time. this item was to much to be changing colors

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know. As with all .925 Sterling Silver, tarnish does naturally develop with wear and exposure to air and does require periodic cleaning to remove accumulated tarnish. You can easily remove the tarnish by cleaning it with any household Silver or Jewelry Polish and the tarnish will come right off and revert to its original bright color.

This way too small.

This necklace is way too tiny for the price. You can barely see the letter even up close. You can't read the letter at all unless you're right up on top of the person wearing it. I feel it's not a good value. However it is very pretty.

Thank you for posting your review! Yes, the Medallion Pendant is intentionally dainty as shown on the model. The aesthetic is intended as a minimalist design. However, if you are looking for a more statement initial medallion necklace, we recommend the ALARA style as it features a larger engraved initial medallion. Letter to small

The letter could have been bigger it doesn't look like the picture. DON'T BUY IT I RETURN MINES.

Thank you for posting your review. I'm sorry to hear that the necklace wasn't as you expected. The necklace is intentionally dainty and small for a minimalist design which we try and show on the model for scale and in the product dimension details. The initial engraving featured in the picture is true to size as we keep a standard sizing for this style throughout all the letters of the alphabet that are featured in the picture. The image is enlarged to allow for viewing detail, but the scale is accurate. I hope this information has been helpful!
