The charm is a great size for everyday wear. It's a great size for adults, but I can imagine a child wearing it. The charm can be taken off and it looks good on different styles of chain. I wear the charm on a paperclip chain more often than the chain it came with and it looks great layered with other necklaces.
a little cosmetic
I bought a few for Christmas gift. I’m going with it perhaps they’ll be able to combine with some other piece and add to it. we’ll see. I Guess it’s the thought that counts.

My idea was the letter would be a little be bigger but it was so tiny ends up not giving as a gift

This chain and the letter S entirely too small. The picture was misleading. I will be returning this item not happy at all. It's great for a child but not made for an adult

I was very disappointed in the size of this initial and chain. It is great for a child trying earning some responsibility, but not for a grown woman. I will be returning this item

I brought two of these necklaces. The chain and charm are both thin and flimsy. I brought both with the initial J design for my daughters. On each of the necklaces the chain broke. I would not recommend them
