Bad Quality

Don't buy

This is the worst product that I have ever purchased. I can't even use it any longer. Whenever I try to use it with any liquids, it leaks out all over my counter and floor

I bought this one on July , only use one time. I want to use again . It doesn’t work. I try to replace it, it’s out of stock. I feel so disappointed to shopping on macys. It’s a bad shopping experience.

Worked fine only for 4 months.

Worked fine for 4 months. Now none of the hot options work as the temperature does not increase at all. I feel i should have read the reviews before buying. Is there a way to get this fixed with the manufacture warranty as i cannot return this as it has been 4 months now

Buy a basic blender instead

Good for cold blending and cleaning mode; however, NONE of the hot programs (on the right side) work. Unit doesn't heat up, and blades won't spin except for about a second. Tried it with water thinking maybe my soups/purees were too thick, but same reaction. Manual is no help. Unfortunately, I didn't try to make anything hot until Fall's cooler weather so I missed the return deadline.
