Could Have Been Packaged Better

It’s a cute tote lunch bag and I was looking forward to receiving it and using it. The way it was folded in the packaging made the lunch tote have creases and wrinkles on it. It looks ugly with that. I put some balled up packing paper inside and hope that will straighten out the creases and wrinkles but so far it doesn’t look like it will. I’m disappointed in the packaging. Unless they package it better and people don’t mind creases and wrinkles, I would not recommend ordering it but to purchase it directly from the store.

Tracking information says delivered but I never received the lunch bag. I will be contacting Customer service for a refund.
