The pillow cover is very comfortable and fabric is breathable. It’s cool to touch so you don’t get the heated sensation. Being in perimenopause this was important to me as I have mild hot flashes. You can use both sides, one is firm and the other side is softer so you can adjust to your preference. It has the perfect support.

Very Customizable!
This is a pretty nice pillow! Within the pillow lining, there are two individual pieces of memory foam and a good amount of fill. This makes the pillow very tall and plush. The cool thing about the pillow is that you can change the configuration several different ways, like using just the memory foam, using one piece of memory foam and some fill, and so on. There is a separate bag for storing any extra fill as well. This makes it very customizable, which would be especially helpful if someone has a difficult time getting their pillow height just right. All that said, I feel like the pillow is a tad pricey and I personally prefer a pillow with all down or all fill. This is still a good option for sensitive sleepers looking for a customizable height and feel.

It’s not too bad
It’s a good pillow!!! Nice density, squishy, and cooling. However personally for me. It’s too thick to use two pillows with and too thin to use on its own. So it made sleeping with it a bit difficult. However I do think it’s a good quality pillow.

So comfy
This pillow is so soft and comfy. I love it. After a few nights I noticed improved sleep because of this pillow. My back and neck was feeling much better.
