Highly recommended

I was really impressed with this pillow!Thanks to the customizable 4 in 1 design, it is easy to choose me the ideal height and comfort level. I like that I can switch between the cool and cozy sides depending on the weather. It's supportive but it doesn't feel too rigid and it helped me sleep much more comfortably.

Not great

I am not sure why people think if they put a plastic type coating on their pillow they it will be comfortable. I couldn't get this one to work no matter what I did, and the plastic coating made it more stiff

Did I just find the perfect pillow?

I've been searching for at least 10 years to find my "Goldilocks pillow". I've probably bought 30 pillows and they're either too furm, too soft, lose their shape after a month, get too warm. This pillow so far is perfection. Holding its shape. The firmness is exactly what I've been looking for; firm ehough to hold its shape, but I can also sink down far enough to feel like my head is being cradled by an angel-ok maybe not an angel, but its a great pillow. Definitely recommend.
