DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!

I purchased this item on 12/31/25 and I warn you DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! THEY DO NOT SEND YOU TWO!!! The sad part is that after I ordered it, I read the reviews and saw that another customer went through the same issue five months earlier. Yet Macy's allowed the item to remain on the site with the same listing. That is a bait and switch scam and is illegal!!! I have called Macy's who one supervisor tried saying that "two pack meant the mattress and the pump" That is a crock!!! I asked if that were the case then why does the three pack not show six or what extra item comes with it?? She then said that the description doesn't state two mattresses I pointed out that the three pack does not state three mattresses either. She then hung up on me. I have been trying for weeks to get them to honor the listing and advised that if it is an error and not a scam, then they should correct it or take it off the site. Still sitting here!!! They need to honor the listing!

Terrible Product

This is the third or fourth time that this product has failed and doesn’t hold air after a few months of use.

Sturdy

I really like this product it has helped me and my partner in a time where we couldnt use a real mattress! It is pretty sturdy but has gotten a few holes in it And their warranty is great! Would recommend

Dura-Beam® Deluxe Comfort-Plush Air Mattress 18" Queen w/ Built-In Electric Pump

This item was a replacement for a previously purchased air mattress that was defective. After 7 days this replacement air mattress was also defective and did not hold air. My guest was literally on the ground come morning. I did not detect any holes in the mattress itself. I did observe that the material around the built-in pump did not seem properly sealed.

The seam gave out in my original air mattress, and I've just received this warranteed replacement. I'm in hopes this one will last more than 6 months.

Mattress

Somewhat disappointed as I purchased this product and had to do a warranty exchange the first time after I used it. The warranty process is a bit cumbersome and painful. Could have a way better and more efficient process.
