Great during its short lifespan of 6 weeks.
I bought this at the end of last season (2024) on sale. I used it once before putting it away for the winter to ensure it worked. It worked well to start this season but now only 6 weeks of using it, it won’t turn on. I plug it in to recharge and it shows a green light which means fully charged but nothing happens when I turn it on. It is so disappointing because I really appreciated the convenience of using this for my 15ft above ground pool. Started off as a fabulous little vacuum only to disappoint with its very short lifespan.

Waste of money
Very disappointed. Won’t charge, and only bought about 2 months ago. Total waste of money.

Love these!
I have 2 of these, used for 4 summer seasons. They run about 20-30 min on a charge, so I bought a second one for when the pool has extra debris needing more cleaning time. I use these primarily during the first week or so after opening the pool (in ground) for the summer, when much leaf, pine needle and sand has accumulated over the winter despite having a winter cover installed. At this time the water is too cold still to vacuum from inside the pool, and I like the power of these and light weight maneuverability better than fussing with hooking up the inground pool vac to the pool filter system. When there are a lot of leaves, I do have to empty the filter bags frequently, but I still am happy with their utility for my purposes. I’m in a mountain desert area, so a lot of sand does get in the pool; using the fabric sock does trap the fine sediment. I use these primarily plastic mesh filter bag just when cleaning up the leaves and pine needles, then switch to the fine fabric one for the finer stuff.

On/Off Switch Breaks
I purchased one of these two years ago and it worked great for those two years. We just bought a brand new one. I used it one time, charged it, and then the on/off switch wouldn't work. So I ordered another one thinking it was a fluke. Same problem. I used it one time. Stopped to clean the filter, then turned it back on and nothing. It seems like they are much more cheaply made these days. Too bad because when it works, it works great.

Not a good item. Died after 3 months use
Died after 3 months of use. Was using it every day. charging when needed. Now it doesn't light up when plugged in and will not charge.

Easy and Convenient
Love!! It’s so easy for above ground pools. I much prefer something manual rather than automatic. This does the trick. Works well and stores well.
