These are horrible
I used them once and tried to take care of them. First time used a wheel fell off of one and the zipper broke on another. Big mistake on buying this set
Wheel broke off leaving for cruise after 4 uses!
So bummed. This set was purchased to replace another set cuz the arm wouldn't extend. Well that luggage is 10 years old and hasn't broken a wheel and was super cheap. This set has already given me issues with the arm extending and it's barely used. Had to give the luggage guy an extra tip to carry in our luggage going on the boat. Also, felt super cheap and had no pockets or organization. Nothing stayed put. Using old luggage in meantime. Inflated price to make you think you are getting something quality.
I assume bad quality because my order was canceled. Macys decided the quality was so bad that they canceled my order without telling in an email I had to go into my account to find out. Then they send me an email wanting me to review an item that I never received. So yes suitcase doesn't cause can't pack anything in it when it's not here.

Macy's keeps asking for a review for something I never received so here it is: works terrible, wheels don't spin because they don't exist, couldn't hold my clothing because I never got it. terrible terrible suitcase set.

Garbage!
I wanted to love this set, but it's garbage! First use, wheel cracked off, zipper broke and case cracked. And before anyone may comment that it was an airline issue....I took it on a cruise and did not fly to get there. The cruise line was kind enough to help me with a temporary wheel fix, only to have it come off again. Luggage does not expand. Zippers are poorly made and the case itself is very thin and cheaply made. It's going back to the store tomorrow morning. So disappointed.
Good Quality!
This is luggage is strong and well made. We just got back from The Holy Land and all of our fragile gifts were not broken. I highly recommend this luggage and we will be using it for our vacation to Spain this summer.
