stop working after four weeks

I was so excited to receive this air purifier. It is quiet as stated in the description. When the clean light comes on, I read the instructions. Then I proceed to clear the item. I removed and cleaned the blades several time with a clean damp microfiber cloth. I vacuum the cavity of the equipment as recommended. Each time I plug the item in, it would only run for a couple of seconds. Then I clean the thing again. I cleaned and plugged in the thing on five different occasions. It still does not work. I called the company. They were no help. All they want is to collect your information and get back to you. Sorry Macys I am returning the item.
