I got it from a friend as a gift. Used it for a while, and now it is only moving at one place in spite of cleaning. I have changed it the bin and brushes but that money was also waste. Now I am returning it for some credit. But, I'll try another company this time.

Waste of money...I got the 675 model as a Christmas present. It only vacuums the same spot over and over again. And all the dog hair from the hardwood floors gets blown onto the rug. I had to give it a 1 rating but it should be 0. It has been vacuuming for over an hour and is now on its way back to the charging station. I am doubtful it will make it.

The Charging Dock is Not Dependable
The Roomba works nicely, but even with replaced battery and charging dock once the rumba has a VERY VERY hard time charging. I can fuss with it and try to ensure that the charge is working but Roomba will nugget later or some thing else disrupts the charge at the end of the day. Based on the time spent trying to charge, find it's easier to mop and vacuum versus using this robot which hardly has a charge on it even if it's a new battery.

Great product but I have issues with charging
Like other reviews mentioned, It can't position itself onto the charging station, it just stopped charging for more than 1 minute at a time. So if you want to use it, you have to put it next to you while you're sitting down, and slightly reposition it every 1 minute for like an hour or two. Just to get one use. Would love to know if there is a solution to this problem

Great buy
I absolutely love my Roomba 675. I mean it obviously isn't always perfect, but if you want perfect don't be lazy and do it yourself. It actually gets dirt and animal hair well, very pleased!

Charging issues...
The Roomba itself works well, but the charging station situation is just an absolute disaster. It can't position itself onto the charging station, and after ~6 months, it just stopped charging for more than 30 seconds at a time. So if you want to use it, you have to put it next to you while you're sitting down, and slightly reposition it every 30 seconds for like an hour or two. Just to get one use. Might as well just use a regular vacuum.

I would not buy this product again!
I was so excited to finally get me my very own iRobot. I have owned this iRobot 677 for approximately 3 1/2 months and I am so unhappy. I felt like for this price it should do what it says it can do. My iRobot has yet to ever find it's way back to the docking station. Always runs out of battery and I have to go find it. I tell it to clean a specific room and it goes anywhere and everywhere. This is not what I was wanting in a vacuum. May as well vacuum and sweep myself. Very disappointed.

Don't think I can reccommend
Was so so excited to get this finally after much searching & saving. Seems like it worked well for a short period now it gets stuck every day multiple times a day. It can't seem to dock itself to line up with chargers. I have done all the trouble shooting and cleaning that was reccomended. But nothing seems to have worked. Its a great idea and the short time it did work properly I could tell as soon as I walked in the door at home the floor looked clean. But just not reliable enough for the $.
