Beautiful, but huge and very heavy

High quality, very sturdy, but large and heavy. It was just too heavy for me to lift and use.

Thank you for your feedback, although we're sorry you found the product too large and heavy to use. We do produce 4 different sized ironing boards, from A to D - with A being the smallest (43 x 12 inches ironing area) and D the largest (53 x 18 inches ironing area). In addition, we produce an S sized tabletop ironing board (37 x 12 inches ironing area) - so maybe a size S or A board may have been more suitable for you? Our ironing boards are produced in Latvia and are designed to last - they have a 10-year warranty, so you can be sure you are buying a top quality, sustainable product. Brabantia makes the best ironing board. The quality is Excellent. You can order different ironing board covers from Brabantia they have beautiful colors and patterns. I highly recommend their ironing boards.

Not just any old ironing board.

I was very pleased with the speed with which my purchase arrived and how well it was packed - no shrink-wrapping here. The board is sturdy, good-sized and the tray for the steam generator is steady - no wobbling. I doubt I shall need another ironing board anytime soon, but when I do it will be one from Brabantia.
